Hello!
My name is Hyungjin Yang. I am a Character artist from South Korea, and I have been studying 3D character modeling at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco since Fall 2016. Before moving to the United States, I studied 3D animation for three years at Hoseo University in Korea, where I gained a solid foundation in 3D modeling, animation, rigging, and dynamics.
One of my core values is always striving to be better than yesterday. When it comes to 3D modeling, which I am more passionate about than anything else, I constantly push myself to create better artworks than my previous piece. It brings me great joy to do what I love, and that joy only grows when I see improvements in my work. This continuous progress fuels my motivation and gives me the most rewarding feeling.
I am eager to learn new tools, workflows, and techniques. I also enjoy placing myself in new environments, as I believe it’s an excellent way to meet people who inspire me. I welcome challenges, knowing they will help me grow not only as an artist but also as a person.
